Royal Resort and sister company QIT took ownership of Pelican Resort under questionable (i.e. fraudulent) circumstances in mid December, took as many maintenance fees for 2011 as they could, and then fired all the local workers. I was not sure if my car insurance from the states would work and I was not aware that my credit card would cover the car, so if you have a Mastercard please call them first and check your coverage, if you take out the insurance from the rental company the credit card will not cover the deductible, which Thrifty is saying they will, and they are wrong. Expedia and Europcar have teamed up in a foolproof scheme to defraud car renters at the St Maartin airport. It is a very effective scheme since the coompany making the fraudulent representations (Expedia) does not make the credit card charge and the companyi making the charge (Europcar) which has made no fraudulent misrepresentation. In continuation to my complaint, I was informed that it is not a scam and that I would be responsible for all costs involved in order to receive the award and prize cheque. The cheque was issued by Lloyds Bank of London according to Dennis Coker. The prize and award is seized by customs where another certificate is necessary to release same This cerificate costs the amount of fourthousand pounds which should be paid in the form of taxes to the State. I have received an email from Toyota Company promotions informing me that I won the prize of a camry car along with a large sum of money. As a folowup to this notification I was informed that the prize and car was handed over to Fedex courier for delivery within two working days. LS this wonderful nokia is supposed to be shockproof. I' ve dropped it by accident. The result was burst in the carcass, making it impossible to keep the rubber part with the numbers and letters on it in place. I went to Cell Access and they told me I can't get a new carcass. Taking into consideration how much this "special" Nokia had cost me, I am very disappointed regarding the service and availability of parts.
